every project they create is beautifully tailored to their clients’ desires and the site’s landscape. their recent redesign ‘echo canyon drive’ perfectly shows this off. the older sante fe style home was brimming with rounded corners and parapet walls however the homeowners yearned for a modern home with modern amenities. creating an open floor plan was the key to their modernization success. by removing some of the walls and supports as well as raising the ceilings an updated home was born (the new doors, windows, hardware, furniture, and appliances didn’t hurt either). next time you think of the grand canyon state, think carson poetzl inc.

i would especially like to thank jon poetzl of carson poetzl inc. for submitting this marvelous transformation. the after photos were shot by the talented michael baxter of baxter imaging.
My favorite cahnge they made is to the entryway. I love that it makes the outdoors feel more indoors. Also, just noticed their amazing dark wood floors! Too wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this outdoor space. Too bad in the Northeast the weather is so unpredictable for this type of furniture.
