LA master suite

the 80s called and they wanted their granite flooring and green carpeting back, so interior designer melissa warner of massucco warner miller interior design and decoration stepped in for a major master suite redesign. the client, her parents, requested that their spanish style los angeles master suite receive a soothing modern face-lift, and their daughter delivered!
the spa-like bathroom now features stamped hexagon concrete tiled floors, squared ivory limestone counters, limed oak cabinets, and a large scale photograph by san francisco photographer stephen galloway. the bedroom boasts a calming color palette of taupe, sky blue, ivory and a pop of persimmon, creating the ultimate balance of serenity and playfulness. goodbye 1984, hello 2010!

i would especially like to thank ms. melissa warner at massucco warner miller interior design and decoration for submitting this awe-inspiring renovation. the after photos were shot by the accomplished photographer, charles white.

  1. Hahahaha, I hope people don't look back at our decor today and think what I'm thinking now about those Befores! Why is the bed raised up on a platform? And why did we think that color green was meant for carpeting???
