atelier natalie umbert

happy halloween weekend! with candy on my mind (and in my belly) i can't help but think that interior designer natalie umbert should team up with skittles and have the world taste her design rainbow. born in peru, raised in southern florida, and currently residing in orange county, umbert has been immersed in colorful environments her entire life. so when it came to painting her 1940's corona del mar bungalow she clearly took the colorful route. after living with an orangey citrus scheme, umbert switched things up and went rosy. the vibrant palette paired with white bermuda shutters, personal accessories, and neutral furniture, simply pops. anyone beckoning "trick or treat" at the umbert residence this weekend is certainly in for a treat!

i would especially like to thank maggie carr-boezi of michael rogers public relations for submitting this breathtaking orange country transformation on behalf of atelier natalie umbert.

  1. The 'after' pics are so vibrant! But I've gotta say, I love the red and white rug in the 'before' picture!
