typically i construct a little song and dance about why each designer we feature rocks, and while today’s designer john milander rocks hard, i think in this case it would mean more coming from his fabulous client. take it away nichole!

“we scheduled interviews with 8 architects. john was the first one we met with and should have also been our last. we knew from the beginning that he was the right architect for our project. he had a genuine interest in working on our house (remodel/addition) which was apparent in his energy, enthusiasm, responsiveness, and amazing ideas. he was flexible in meeting with us in the evenings and on weekends and was a great advocate for us when it came to choosing contractors. we knew without a doubt that john always had our best interests at heart and that we could trust him to shape our ideas into our dream house. he was extremely patient with us, even when we changed our plans and timing midway through the project. in interviewing other architects, we realized the importance of finding someone that can not only create a spectacular house, but is someone you can TRUST, who listens and you can work well with. john was the only one we met that could do all of the above. we weren't sure what to expect when searching for and hiring an architect, but can honestly say that he exceeded our expectations.”
