londen of sixty-fifth avenue and her family purchased their suburban chicago home with plans of renovating up a storm, inside and out. and renovate they did; their exterior ideas have finally come to fruition!
with brand new cement board siding in benjamin moore’s crownsville gray and loads of craftsman details, the new and improved exterior is almost unrecognizable. working closely with a builder, londen and her husband specified details like adding the entry portico, extending the soffit, and installing the double trellised window. they also removed the storm door entirely, landscaped and added the hanging moravian light; giving the sixty-fifth avenue home an incredible amount of curb appeal.

i would especially like to thank londen for granting me the permission to borrow photos from her blog, sixty-fifth avenue.

I never tire of a great Before & After - such great motivation for those of us still stuck in the 'During' stage!
