with warmer spring weather just around the corner, tyler and i are gearing up for some exterior renovations. our laundry list includes: painting our foundation, shutters and garage, replacing the front door, outdoor lighting, porch railings, and garage doors, and installing a new ribbon driveway. just a quick weekend’s worth of DIYs, times a million. actually we’re up for the challenge, especially because anything we do will be an improvement. but we’d be particularly elated if our work turned out even half as nice as terracotta properties most recent exterior endeavor. the decatur georgia geniuses radically transformed the large brick home. major changes included landscaping, adding a front porch, painting the brick and replacing the front door and shutters. my favorite touches include the trellis over the garage and the bronze gutters. hello, curb appeal!
