rockport renovation, part one!

alert the presses, we’ve got a two part transformation coming your way! anita clark design recently rehauled a waterfront rockport massachusetts home. when her client purchased the massive beaut it had seen better days, with a 40 year abandonment under its belt. although it was nothing that clark couldn’t fix. today we’re delving into ground floor rehab, while tomorrow we’ll travel upstairs to the bedrooms!

each and every finish and color specified is up my alley. the trim was painted white and the massive amount of paneling was either painted over or removed. crown moudling and a new mantle grace the living/dining area. the kitchen was gutted allowing for the passageway to be enlarged and the laundry room relocated. light grey cabinets and white quartz countertops create a fresh seaside palette. can you say dream home? just wait until we move upstairs tomorrow!
