rockport renovation, part two!

i know you’ve all been on the edge of your seats since yesterday’s post, waiting in anticipation for the renovation photos of the upper stories of the ravishing rockport residence. i promise, it was worth the wait. on the second floor anita clark design reorganized the warren of rooms, thus creating the greatest master suite of all time. it includes a walk-in closet, office area and a bathroom with ocean views and a freestanding tub. need i say more? on this level she also fixed up two guest bedrooms and their bathroom.
we finally go upstairs to yet another level to what had been a partially finished attic. clark created two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and an open loft lounge with this space. i imagine this is where the young ones congregate, wildly playing clue on rainy summer days and slumbering with sandy feet late into the morning. proving that every square inch of this home exudes modern seaside living!

i’d once again like to thank lauren beshara of anita clark designs for submitting photos of their massachusetts redesigns. for more inspiration check out clark’s website and facebook page.
