rancher remodel

as much as i love carpeted bathrooms, fruity wallpaper borders, vertical blinds and mirrored walls, i understand where interior designer, susan wintersteen of savvy interiors was coming from when she emptied today’s redone rancher of these elements. stuck in the southwest 80s, susan worked closely with the project’s contractor to modernize the home and fill it with the southern california flair she’s known for.
new airy additions include the roof, plantation siding, white subway tile, tongue and groove ceilings, hardwood flooring, high-end cabinetry, carrera marble, and so much more…
