i’m super duper amped about today’s transformation. i’ve been eyeing up interior designer, danielle oakey’s spaces for years, and today we’re finally revealing one on raenovate! the salt lake city designer has created a niche for herself in the world of e-design. working online with clients has allowed her to focus on her family while simultaneously whipping up striking spaces across the country. and while her latest endeavor wasn’t too far from home, it still packs a powerful punch.technically her clients were a pair of charming tweens, but we all know that tweens don’t pay bills so she worked closely with their mama. inspired by caitlin wilson’s berry fleur chinoise fabric, oakey upholstered the headboards in it and pulled colors from its bright palette. the room came alive with brilliant color and was enhanced further with texture, modern furnishings and personal touches.

i'd especially like to thank danielle oakey of danielle oakey interiors for granting me the permission to feature her redesign and photos! she scooped the room’s goods from the following sources: society social darlington chair, walmart desk, target desk lamp, amazon bubble chair and benjamin moore moonshine and coral reef wall paints.
